If my legend is Draven, and my 4 might unit is stunned, my opponent attacks with a 3 might unit into my 4 might stunned unit at a battlefield I am defending. Does this result in a tie combat or a win combat on my end? Will I draw if their unit is reset back to base after?
No, you do not draw. The combat result is "No Result," not a win.
Here's the breakdown:
Combat Damage: Your stunned 4‑Might unit contributes 0 damage (Rule 423.1.b). Their 3‑Might unit assigns 3 damage to your 4‑Might unit — not enough to kill it (needs 4 per Rule 423.1.c). Both units survive.
Combat Cleanup (Rule 461.1.a): All units heal, then Attackers are Recalled because Defenders are still present. Their 3‑Might unit goes back to their base.
Determine Combat Result (Rule 461.3.d, updated 2026-04-29): Because the attacker's unit was Recalled during Combat Cleanup, the result is "No Result" — not a win for either player.
Since the result is "No Result," Glorious Executioner ("When you win a combat, draw 1") does not trigger. You do not draw a card. (This matches FAQ #11321 directly.)
One important note: You do Establish Control as the defender with the only unit remaining (Rule 461.5), and you'll Conquer the battlefield for a point if you haven't scored it this turn. But that's separate from winning the combat — and Draven's legend specifically cares about combat wins, not Conquers.
