If I use Rebuttal on Stacked Deck, can I look at 3 and draw 1?

Yes — if you pay the [A] for Rebuttal, you gain control of Stacked Deck and it resolves for you.

Stacked Deck's effect says "Look at the top 3 cards of your Main Deck" — once you control the spell, "your" is you. So you look at the top 3 of your own deck, put 1 into your hand, and recycle the rest. Your opponent gets nothing, and their 1 energy is not refunded.

If you don't pay the [A], Rebuttal simply counters Stacked Deck — nobody looks at anything. One nitpick: Stacked Deck "puts into your hand," it doesn't technically "draw," so it won't trigger draw-related effects (Rule 413.1).
