Do I get a token from the yellow Viktor if my Sprite dies?

Yes — Sprite tokens are Fae units, not Recruits, so when one dies Viktor, Leader creates a 1 Might Recruit token (FAQ #4299; Rule 187.2).

Two caveats: the Sprite has to actually die — if it's bounced to hand (e.g., Gust) it ceases to exist without dying, so no trigger (FAQ #738). And if Viktor dies in the same event as the Sprite, he can't see the death and won't trigger (Rule 383.2.c.2).
