How does Bellows Breath work? Can you choose the same unit multiple times?

Ruling: You cannot choose the same unit multiple times. You choose zero, one, two, or three units at the same location and deal each of them 1 damage.

Nuances:

• With repeat paid, the maximum damage to a single unit is 2 (choosing it once in each resolution of the ability)
