Ruling: Yes, you still draw a card even if the unit is flashed to base in response to Voidseeker.

Nuances:

• The draw part of Voidseeker has no dependency on the damage part due to the period separator between the two effects
• Even if there were a comma instead of a period, you would still be able to draw (similar to how "discard 1, draw 1" triggers resolve with DAMAYC)
