According to **RiftJudge FAQ #3329**:
"Ruling: You can immediately spend the buff when Sett Brawler is played. You do not need to wait for Sett Brawler to be in the ready state before spending the buff."

**Important Considerations:**
*   **Activation Requirement:** You must spend the buff *using Sett's own ability* to trigger the +4 Might effect. If an external effect spends or removes the buff, Sett's ability will not trigger (see **RiftJudge FAQ #8625**).
