No — the moment Nocturne is revealed isn't a Reaction window.

The reveal happens inside the resolving effect (Stacked Deck, Blind Fury, etc.), and nobody gets priority to play anything mid-resolution. Nocturne's "As you look at or reveal me…" is a passive/replacement-style ability, not a chain trigger, so there's no trigger to respond to either — you banish him and choose to play him for [A] right there, and he finalizes as a unit as soon as the revealing effect finishes (Rule 359.2).

The first chance to play Reaction cards is after that effect fully resolves — by then Nocturne is already on the board, so normal Reaction answers (kill, recall, etc.) can target him from that point on.
