Rumble, Scrapper's own +1 is already baked into the swap — Switcheroo does not re-apply it on top after resolving.

Switcheroo snapshots both units' current Might at resolution (Rumble counts his own passive, so he's at 5 from base 4 + 1), then applies a fixed +X/−X modifier for the turn (Rule 433.1). That swap modifier and Rumble's passive both sit in the Arithmetic layer (Rule 477.3) and just keep applying independently — there's no loop and no "layering" that re-triggers the +1.

Example: if Rumble (5 current) gets swapped with a 2-Might enemy, Rumble takes −3 and ends at 4 + 1 − 3 = 2, while the enemy ends at 5. If Rumble leaves the board later, Mechs lose the +1 via layer re-evaluation, but the swap modifier itself stays exactly where it was.
