if soraka is in base and she dies at the same time as other smaller units in base dose she save them?

Yes. Under the current rules (v1.4), Soraka can save smaller friendly units in base even if she dies at the same time — Rule 370.4 explicitly names Soraka, Wanderer as the example of a replacement effect applying to units that die simultaneously with its source leaving the board.

Base counts as her location, so units there are "here" for her ability (FAQ #1171). Her save applies as long as each dying unit has less Might than her printed value (4) and it's applied within the same sequence for that batch of simultaneous events (Rules 370.4, 373.2). Older answers saying "no" predate the 2026-07-16 replacement-effects clarification and no longer apply.
