Yes on the copy, no on losing Temporary.

Unit A becomes a full copy of Hwei while Shady Spectacles stays attached: it gains Hwei's name, Unit+Champion type, Ionia/Hwei tags, 5 cost, Mind domain, rules text (the "When I move, draw 1, then discard 1…" ability), and Might 5 (Rule 477.1.b.1.a; Might is part of the copied traits). One catch: copy effects only copy copyable traits — statuses on Hwei (empowered, buffs, etc.) are not copied, and any of unit A's own statuses stay.

Temporary is not overwritten. It's a status, not a copyable trait, so it remains on unit A and it will still die at the start of your next Beginning Phase (FAQ #11745; Rule 816.1.b). Temporary only goes away if Hwei's own rules text were granting it — it isn't, so your unit keeps the Temporary it already had.
