Answer

If temporary was given to the unit and not part of it's printed effect text, it will stay with the unit and not get removed by becoming a copy of another unit due to Shady Spectacles.

If temporary is part of the printed effect text of the unit (e.g. Sprite token unit) then it will be removed if you use Shady Spectacles to make it a copy of a another unit. But only if that target unit does not have Temporary as part of it's printed effect text ofcourse.
