Yes, but not many — and there's no "Law" domain in Riftbound (the domains are Order, Chaos, Calm, Body, Mind, Fury; "Keeper of Law" is simply an Order card).

For playing out of the trash, Order has Spectral Matron, Glasc Mixologist (on Deathknell), and the spell Undying Loyalty — each plays a unit from your trash ignoring its cost. Order also carries the Flow keyword (Dragon Form, Lacerate, Shadow Dash, Public Execution, Lightning Rush); Flow is a permission plus alternate cost that lets you play that same spell from your trash once, then it's banished — that's the main "play a card more than once" mechanic in these colors.

For returning cards to hand, Starhound is the only Order hit, and it's narrow: it returns a Bird, Cat, Dog, or Poro from your trash to hand. Order has no board-to-hand bounce, and Forge of the Future recycles up to 4 cards from trashes back into the deck (not your hand). Nothing in Order (or anywhere) loops a card back repeatedly for free.
