Will I still score 1 point from Bottled constellation if I save the units with soraka?

Yes — you still score the point. Bottled Constellation's kill is a cost, and a cost that gets replaced by a replacement effect is still considered paid (Rules 203.2, 357.2.a).

"Kill 3 other friendly units and/or gear to score 1 point" is a cost within instructions ("[do X] to [do Y]"), so it's taken as the triggered ability's base cost and paid at finalization (Rules 740.4.a, 383.3.b). If Soraka, Wanderer replaces those deaths with heal/exhaust/recall, the kill instruction was replaced, not unperformed — so the ability finalizes and the score instruction executes. This is the same logic as the Blade of the Ruined King + Soraka ruling (FAQ #9045).

Two caveats: Soraka only saves units (gear still dies), and only units at her location with less Might than her (4). Note the contrast with cards like Heedless Resurrection or Baited Hook, which look back at "the killed unit" after the fact — those fizzle because no unit was actually killed. Bottled Constellation doesn't reference the killed units, so it's unaffected.
