No — with just the one sprite at Dusk Rose Lab you get one or the other, not both.

The reason is the Lab's timing. "Kill a unit you control here" is a cost on the trigger, so it's paid during finalization at the start of your Beginning Phase — before anyone gets priority to react (FAQ #10373). So the instant you take the draw, the sprite is already in the trash, and your Wages of Pain only targets units at the battlefield it was hidden at (Rule 811.1.d). With nothing left there it has no legal target, so it can't even be played from Hidden — no Gold.

Other way around, decline the Lab. Then the sprite is still there when you get priority on the Temporary trigger, so you can play Wages from Hidden at it: 3 damage kills it and you get the Gold gear token (the Gold is a separate instruction, so it still happens), but the Lab has nothing to kill and you don't draw.

You'd only get both if a second unit were at Dusk Rose Lab — the Lab kills that one for the draw, and Wages still has the sprite to target for the Gold.
