Concert poster if i play a unit and conquer can i get 2 Recruit

Partly — Concert Poster only has two trigger conditions: when you play the Poster, and when you conquer the battlefield it's deployed to ("here"). Playing an ordinary unit is neither of those, so playing a unit and then conquering there gets you just 1 Recruit (from the conquer trigger).

If what you meant is playing Concert Poster itself and then conquering that battlefield, then yes — 2 Recruits, because those are two separate triggered abilities ("When you play this" and "When you conquer here"), each of which lets you pay [1] to create a 1 Might Recruit. They go on the chain and resolve one at a time, and you pay [1] for each (CR 383.4.a and 383.4.c).

Worth remembering the token is played to your Base, so neither Recruit helps you hold or contest that battlefield — and an opponent holding there kills the Poster.
