if i use Akshan, Mischievous to move The The Ball to my base, what happens with the trigger ability from the The Ball

Answer

It doesn't activate because you move it through your Akshan ability it before you take control. And it is not triggered for the owner of The Ball either as it's ability has “you” referring to the controller in the trigger condition and they weren't responsible for the move.
